So Ren and I were just watching a recorded re-run of HIMYM season 1 episode 17 “Life Among The Gorillas” and during the scene towards the end when Marshall and Lily are talking in the karaoke bar we noticed something odd. We saw a picture of Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake. We looked closer and saw it was an ad for their new film, Friends With Benefits. This was weird since the episode originally aired in 2006. So we searched and searched the web to find more info about this and it turns out they’ve been digitally inserting ads into other reruns also. A comment on this article says they do it a lot in New York. Interesting.
